I'm at that point as a leathor worker where I'm able to specialize in another branch of leathorworking. Im trying to find where I can train as a dragonscale leathor worker, but cant find the place.. I heard it was in the badlands, but exactly where I dont know.

It's not in Badlands it is in Azshara.If you have Fp its north of that.Im pretty sure if you search threads or go to Thottbot you can get coords.

Silly Alliance player, thats the Dragonscale LW Trainer for the ALLIANCE NOT HORDE. I found the horde one in badlands finnally, was in a very odd spot.
oh well if you didnt know where he was, look at the badlands map. You'll see that there are like 4 mountainous pillars or whatever in the center of the map. He is at the bottom right one or SE for those that are direction challenged.
he's right near the whelplings that you will need to fArm for worn dragon scales.
It took me about 2 levels to get allthe scales from farming. =( After I finished the dragonscale quest they dropped more rapidly.
