Hi there, i'm sitll kind of new to WoW and i was wondering, what the deal was with the ingrediants you get from enchanting. IS it all level base? So like a level 15 green item will give you one reagent and a level 30 item will give you something different??? This is kind of comnfusing me....

Correct - the item type determines if you get a dust, essence or shard (percentage chance for each) and the item level which variant of those. Low level items give Strange Dust, then you get Soul Dust, Vision Dust etc.
