Battle Chicken Bugged Since Update?Follow

I recently made a battle chicken and at first I loved it. It was doing 20-40 damage per peck, and when it berserked it hit for 90-200 damage. I was lv 37 at the time and fighting lv 37-42 mobs.. However since the recent server maintenance it only pecks for 1 damage, it still berserks and does ok damage but typically only 85-115. The weird part about it is, that when I first made it it was lv 51 and then after I raised my skill it is now lv 58, so there is really no reason for the decreased damage. At first I thought maybe it scaled its damage depending on the monster's level vs. my level, but that doesn't seem to be the case as I've tested it out on mobs higher level then me and it still pecks at 1.

Is there anyone who can shed some light on why the sudden decrease in damage?
