One question about fishmanFollow

hi all fishman,where is the best place to fish stonescale eel? i only know that i can fish it in azshara.i really need a large amount of it because i need it to rise my alchemy skill.
i am miner+alchemy,hence i can't use herb to rise and i don't want buy it in AH.i can get about 11-14 stonescale eels in azshara.can anyone tell me other good place to get it?
