Is there any way to change professions if you get sick of one?

open your skills tab and click on your profession and in the bottom window click on the red circle with the line thru it to delete your profession. this can only be done to your primary only not your 3 secondary.

which is just fine since they do not block anything but a little bit of space in you skill List. ^^
You can have 2 jobs and cook, fish and mend wounds
