The engineering vendor bot schematicFollow

In the changelog of the recent patch is something said about a new engi schematic which allows engis to build a robot that act like a vendor, but where can I get it?

Yup, the [Field Repair Bot 74A] acts just like a vendor (more specifically it acts like a engineering supply vendor) that people not even in your own group can use. Sort of sucks that they do not leave anything when their time runs out. You can pick up the schematic in Blackrock Depths; it is lying on the floor next to Golem Lord Argelmach. Requires 12 Thorium Bars, 4 Rugged Leather, 2 Elemental Earth, 1 Elemental Fire, and a Fused Wiring (might need something else, but I think that is it) to make. The bot requires engineering 300 to use.

I've only used it once (it was to test to see what happened after it died), but during that one time I didn't see any schematics sold off of it (let alone the schematic to make them). The only limited items I saw for sale on it was rough blasting powder and copper tubes (as far as I remember on those items anyway). I can't disprove that it could sell them, but I think it is highly unlikely that it would.

Also I'm sure there is a cooldown to how often you can use them, but I don't know how long that is (had a bug or something and couldn't use my 2nd one becuase it was grayed out for over 2hrs as if I still had one deployed, got disconnected and was able to use my 2nd after that... so no idea on the time).

Edit: Didn't read the above post right, I didn't see it sell more of itself either.
