Has anyone ever compiled a list of all the recipies/patterns that can be bought from vendors and what zones the vendors are in? This would be an incredibly useful thing to have. Maybe one already exists, I just don't know where it is.

I have not found an actual list of recipes that can be bought. However, as I level my crafts I check the profession pages on and in a couple of clicks you can see who sells or drops the recipe you need. Hope this suggestion helps you! ^_^
