I thik I am stuck at Journeyman Alchemist 150. I tried to get trained by Expert in both Org and Thunder Bluff, neither could train me above Journeyman. I am level 25, hunter, orc, herb/alchemist.

I know for a fact that the Artisan Alchemist trainer is in Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows (Eastern Kingdoms). I figure he should be able to train you in expert alchemy.
If you really want to find the expert trainer, go to Undercity. Doctor Herbert Hasley is the guy you want. (By the way, Allakhazam has a section on the left called "List of Trainers" under the Trade Skills section ^_^).
