I was on the official Warlock forums and this poster(EVIL) showed his gear in a screen cap. One of the things that stuck out to me is that his Green Lens has an additional mod of +100 HP. How did he get that? It is my understanding that you cannot enchant headgear so how did he get that mod?

it's an item that drops off mobs called a libram. you basicly use it on end game items.
Or he could be on the test server.
the next patch note mentioned adding mods to the green lens recipe to make them more viable to wear.. as well as more dificult to make..

If you do the quest to turn in the libram of constitution you can get a +100 hp enchant to head or legs. There are others, including a mana one as well. If this lens were enchanted with a libram, it would be a tremendous waste, as there are many better items to enchant than that thing.

Whether it was a waste or not really depends on the Green Lens and what the persons stat preference is. If it was a Green lens of Stamina(+10STA, +26STA), then adding +100hp to it would make it a total of an added 460hp for that lens. That's a pretty freakin sweet headpiece for a warlock to have. I have a Green Lens of Stamina in the bank and I would also put that +100hp buff on mine if given the chance.
