hi, i've encountered several mineral ores underground and i can't figure out how to get to them. i've searched alot resources but no one seems to say anything about it. plz help :). thank you.
The best I can say is keep looking for a way underground, what zone are you in... I know in the searing gourge that the nortern part of the map is accassable underground though a few caves in the molten crater(center part of the zone). The best I can recomend without you telling us where the "menny" underground veins are nobody can help you, I know of a few ways to access cirten caves that are relevent to me (alliance) and may be able to help you. without that the best I can say is when you see a vein on your minimap stand over it, then look at your world map, take note of where you are standing. Find a cave , look at your world map and try to get standing on your wold map where you were when you were standing over the vein.

Some vein/node spawns are bugged and they will spawn underground when there is no cave.

well places i've seen "underground ores" are ashenvale on the side of the hills, on the side of the hills of Silverpine, one of the caves in the centaur village of thousand needles, NW of Freewind Post. the centaur cave in thousand needles i've searched all around that node area on the minimap and i couldn't find the vein in order to mine it. maybe it is bugged, i don't know. i just thought there is a way to dig up the ground and mine for the mineral ore. but thank you for your help :).
ok in ashanvale, i think you are seeing the veins that are in the hallow... a place with a bunch of undead as well as some undead druids for a quest... the way to that one is though a bulding on a hill that takes you to a huge cave system... the veins are their... just need to go deep, and in 1K needels, those are in caves too. as for the other ones look for a cave the ammount of bugged nodes is minimal. i have found most of the un accasable culpurts to be in the SG but that could be that i am in the worng caves, some of those cave systems are huge and the entrance is far far far away form where ya see the vein. but remember most are accassable... just not eazy.

Real under ground nodes: nodes in the mini caves like ogre mounds and such will appear dull when your outside.
Fake underground nodes: either dull and no cave anywhere near by or normal and your right on top of it next to a tree or boulder.
In either case the node is behind the wrold polygons.. under it or inside the tree whichever. next patch notes mention trying to fix this.
