Items with EffectsFollow

I was wondering if we could get a post running for outlining what we know of crafted items that carry some sort of user effect (such as healing like some of the Leather belts, etc).

I was thinking of crafted items but maybe this would be worthwhile for dropped items as well that we could stick in the appropriate forum.
