hi,
i currently have a fishing skill of 150 and want to learn expert fisherman. unfortunately i can't seem to find a trainer to do this. i have tried the menethil harbour trainer as well as the trainers in stormwind and ironforge. i am level 25 so that should not be the problem. can anyone help? thanks

You must buy the Expert Fishing - The Bass and You (1g) in BootyBay (STV) sold by Old Man Heming <Fisherman>, you will get fishing -> 225.
Same for cooking, the expert cookbook (1g) is sold by Wulan <Cooking Supplies> in Shadowprey Village (Desolace, Horde) Shandrina <Trade Goods> SE Astranaar (Ashenvale, Alliance).

I believe the NPC selling the book is on the lowest level of Booty Bay, near the ramp that leads into the water.
