Seeking Leatherworker for Hire to Make Custom KitFollow

Does anyone know where I can find a leatherworker that makes custom armour kits?

I want to have something custom made for myself. Something different (I really want Bengal Tiger if possible)... I can trade (Alchemist), pay, or provide the materials if possible.

I'm a level 22 hunter and want something that's the best that my abilities can handle that I can wear for a while.
