For all those that fish, where is the best place to fish Rainbow Fin Albacore? I would like to level my fishing on these while at the same time level my cooking by cooking them.

Wetlands, in Menethil harbor.
I caught a lot near the Keep right beside Ratchet, so I assume there is some in the Ratchet water, and I also got a lot from the Stagnant Oasis. I'm Horde. Blood and Thunder!
There are also plenty to be had off the coast of Auberdine.

I got a lot of them in Zoram Strand in Ashenvale. My entire time fishing there I only got the Rainbow Fin, Oily Blackmouth or Deviants

This is where I have been fishing for a few days while questing near Auberdine. It looks to me like you can snag these guys just about everywhere. My catch was 22 rainbow fin albacore in about 45 min., along with oily's, a few chests, and about 25 others when my hour was up.
