I'm Wondering if someone with lvl 40+ Enchanting can tel me what skills a lvl 40 enchanter can get as i only have a few and am wondering if i can get any from killing monsters.

Take a look at these two sites:

I’ve found that both are lacking formulas here and there, so I usually end up using both. One nice thing about allakhazam’s listing is that you can quickly tell which formulas are dropped by mobs, as they are listed between < > symbols.
