Im a dwarf lvl 24 and i cant lvl more in fishing.. i have 150/150 and the trainers i read about in here can train me to the nxt lvl.. anybody got an idea why?
The next level of fishing can only be acquired through a book that can be purchased by an npc in Booty Bay or on the Auction House. The training after that, to artisan level is quest based from what I've heard.
To unlock your fishing cap, you must travel to Booty Bay and buy a book (Can't recall the name.) from an NPC. From my research I believe it may be cheaper to buy from an NPC than the Auction House. It is up to you though.

The fishing book is in Booty Bay. Look for the old man in the lower sections of town.
The quest for fishing 225+ is in Duskwallow swamp. You have to be fishing 225 to get the quest. The quest guy is due east of town in the middle of the islands. The mobs around him will agro (the lurkers not the turtles). The quest involves you going to different areas around the world and fishing for special fish.

I believe you have to be level 20 in order to use the book and level 40 in order to get the last quest.
FYI, the book costs 1 gold from the NPC. And it only goes up from there in the auction house.
