Buzzek Bracketswing (Tanaris) [Recipes] for Alliance?Follow

Hello,

The guide shows that for Engineering Artisan, you go to Buzzek Bracketswing (Tanaris) [Recipes], however, it also lists him for Horde.

Is this an error, or is he the only place to get up to Artisan?
