Do artisan profession training require a minimum level of your character?

I heard herbalism doesn't... but what about the others?

All primary profession require level 35 to get artisan skill >225 and are taught by 1-2 Master trainers.
Secondary professions (first aid, cooking & fishing) the artisan levels are accessed through quests that are available when you reach level 40 and 225 skill.
I'm pretty sure all gathering skills levels ,upto and including arisan can be taught by all trainers no matter what level you are.

Herbalism, Mining & Skinning are gathering skills and not tied to character level in terms of skill advancement.
So you can be a level 5 artisan mining...highly unlikely...but possible.

There is also an Artisan Herbilism trainer in Stormwind in the mage quarter across from the alchemy shop. That's where I trained to artisan in herbilism.
