Enchanting QuestionFollow

At 225 Enchanting I got the ability to add a speed increase to boots, but I've read somewhere that people couldn't tell a differance with or without.
Anyone here have this on their shoes and can tell me if it's worth it? I have not come by the ingrediants on my own and it's kinda expensive for me right now to buy them in the Auction House.

Heh too late, thanks anyway for the heads up. Guess I'll hang onto these shoes untill they do work, on a side note maybe I'm wrong but when walking backwards I seem to move a little faster..
