Ive never been an enchanter, but I know mostly about how they work. But could someone tell me please, can you disenchant coloured items created by tradeskills (like blacksmithing) to get the enchanting items?

I'm almost positive that you can disenchant any item, unless it's a quest items or something like that...
Yes u Can disenchant items made from trade skills, i tailor all kinds of green named stuff and turn around and disenchant it, if your friend Blacksmiths and gives u some stuff disechant it.
any item green or better we chanters get our regents from crafters who make blue items that we know what the end product will be i.e. green iron hauberk : Icy cloak : gem-studded gloves all make 1 large glowing shard.
