I am trying to mine for Tin ores and i am only lvl 16. Where is the best place in your experiance to find tin at my level? Thanks.
Might be a little tough for a 16 but try Westfall - it's were I mined mine. You didn't mention what side you are though (almost nobody does when they ask questions).

if you are horde id suggest the infamous "barrens loop" in the south barrens..although id wait a few levels for that..

Loch Modan has a good amount of Tin and Copper. I'd recommend staying on the west side of the map, though (Thelsamar side).
