My cooking skill is almost 300 and I have been looking for the monster omlet recipe but it is sold in Feralas, which seems to be Horde only. I believe it is also sold in Winterspring but I'm only level 44 and I'm thinking I would get Gnome punted on the way there. Anyone know how alliance can get ahold of this recipe? I'm a trade skill junkie and I must have it. Any information would be super. (I've tried the AH every day for weeks and no luck)

Just an idea, but if you REALLY must have it, try the run. Avoid everything, and eventually you will make it there. If you get lucky and go to the graveyard that is closer, then hit the ghost. :) LOL, I made the run to Booty Bay yesterday for my book for Fishing, and believe me, it was INTERESTING, to say the least. Or course, I was only level 21 when I made the run...lol

go to felwood if you must have it, it's in the northern parts right behind the gryphon so you can grab the path there also.
where do you get the book or training to get over 225?
