Does anyone know where the Engineer is on the Tauren side? I am currently in Bloodhoof village, but there is not trainer there.
None in bloodhoof gotta go to thunderbluff to get it

if you walk from bloodhoof to thunder bluff and stay slightly on western side, when you take the elevators up you will see a small pond, the engineer for journeymane and up to artisan are there as well as the ones for minning (they are gathered around a forge on the left side of the pond, its hard to miss ;0
I think there is also a letherworking one in the mix as well, but you can get that in bloodhoof already.

Lienna the Sly, I have been to Thunderbluff and the only ones at the pond are mining and blacksmithing. I did nto find an engineer there after much searching.
Anyone know if Tauren even have a engineer trainer or do they have to go to the other horde cities?

There is another Engineer, he is hard to get to though, Go the the Ven. co mines and travel through them(I don't remeber the exact directions...as I was lost at the time) till you get to a exit on a cliff with a abandond camp, and follow the trail around to the gob engineer.
Venture Co. Mines is where to go for Engineer Trainer in Mulgore, as someone already mentioned. Here's some slightly more detailed directions:
Go to the Venture Co. Mines. They are located in E/NE Mulgore, directly east of the Burning Caravan. There are a lot of level 6-9 humanoids in here, but you can typically pull them one at a time if you are careful.
Once you enter the mines, look at the minimap. You want the western exit from the mines. The exit is east to see on the map because it is one of the longest tunnels that appears to dead-end. Go through this exit and you will find yourself out on the cliff overlooking Mulgore.
Turn right (~North) as you come out of the mines. You will have to walk along the ledge for a short distance, and then will come across a gnome next to a tent by himself. The gnome is the engineering trainer.
