just wondering if any higher lvl alchemists know if buying bars on the AH and then transmuting them and reselling them was a good way to make money. Im about to try this out, and from what ive seen as long as I have the philosophers stone (which ive already made), I can transmute anything I want for virtually no cost. Has anyone tried this, or is there something else required that I have overlooked?

Mithril bars can be bought on my server for 5bars per 1g. Transmuting them to Truesilver bars can get me 1g per bar with a 48hr cooldown. Although this isn't a really good way to make money, us alchemists are the only ones who can create the arcanite bars. I see them sell for roughly 20-30g each. The recipe costs 5g so I think 5g is a good start to charge anyone who would need an arcanite bar. It's 100% profit for you and the other person gets a nice chunk of change out of it also.
