This post is to narrow down the best spot to get the Sniper Scope plans.
Please only post if you have yhad them drop or Been in the group that has had them drop, these are hard enough to find without false info being out there.
I have had not them drop but have spent a LOT of time framing the chests, i dont belive they drop there and would like to hear from folks that have the plans on where they got theres to drop.

According to Alla's Item look-up you can obtain them in the following ways:

-Fish it from Lake Elune'ara
-Dropped from Enraged Rock Elementals in Badlands
-Dropped from Southsea Freebooter in Tanaris
-Dropped by Anvilrage Guardsman in Instance
-Found inside Solid Chests

No, I have never even seen one of these, but that's what the item look-up says, and I don't consider Alla to spread false info, so I thought I would offer that up.

I dont think alla spreads false info either but i do belive we have not seen all the places it drops and wanted to get some input for that. I have seen in the past that some info takes a LONG time to be put into ala or others web sites. and i have also seen in the past that alla has held back info. they did do this in EQ on some small areas. not easy to face but true. I either case i am just trying to get more info, i dont belive it is suposed to be this rare, there must be somewhere that it drops more then .01 %
and i am just searching for that info but thank you for your time.
