I'm finding mixed information. I'm a level 32 Dwarf Hunter, 155 engineering and I want to specialize in Gnome Engineering. I looked it up on the website and went to the guy in Ironforge that gives the quest...but nothing...no exclamation point...nothing. Am I missing something? Is it a higher level quest than I was led to believe? Is there a quest that triggers it? Any help would be appreciated.

I just got the quest in IF. When your engineering reaches 200, the explanation point will appear. GL!!
