ok I started the Art of the Armorsmith quest to become an armorsmith which requires ornate mithril helms, boot and breastplate. Where do I get these recipres from. The Mithril order quests only seem to get me recipes for ornate mithril hands, feet, and shoulders. Do those quests lead to other quests for the recipes? I'm completly stumped and can't find the answer here or on thottbot. Please help!

You have to do the Mithril Order quests to get all those Mithril recipes.
Plan on spending a good 400 - 500 Mithril bars etc.
Both sides use the same quest path in Gadgetzan and then a mob in Stranglethorn Vale.
Do a search for McGavan and Trenton Lighthammer.
