First off anonymous, i dont care who you have to blist cause every LS im in there is at least one person who thinks you are a stupid dumbass.

1. Youa re a gilseller and have admitted to it from spook.
2. like waxer said you cant tank and only voke after the blm is half dead.
3. in that bcnm, locodawg and the other SMN including urself died, and that was because (the other smn aggred) you didnt listen.
4. you think your a lvl 75(highest job lvl30) leave higher levels alone stop sellling gil, stop telling others what to do, and stop making a bad reputattion for yourself its just a game..
Im sorry john noone likes you in game but.. try and wait till they do imports again then you can move =) and be added to another servers /blacklist thread right here on ALA ^^;;

Ummm sorry Anonymous. I guess if you want to call my LS a bunch of N00bs.. you should atleast tell the story straight.

Oh well.. feel free to blist my LS lol. I'll have to remind the players that have been playing since JPN beta that they are "n00bs" because someone was acting i nthe manner you were.

I'll make a few more notes.

1) Anonymous use to be in my LS and his parents bought him gil for Christmas. You really worked hard for that, eh?

2) Yes you can buy accounts off of ebay. Is Sanju a bought accont? No.

3) It's a common courtesy when leveling enhancing magic if you have to do it outside a party to either run around casting it on low levels in the Ronfaure areas or to sit in front of the entrance to your MH and do it. The AH in San'doria is laggy enough don't make it more laggy by sitting there and casting magic that you could do somewhere else easily.

Sanju isn't a n00b or in denial. He can answer correctly nearly any question you have to ask him and he's a darn good player.

Oh yeah of course I have no idea what's going on nor do I know a darn thing about Sanju. He's only my IRL fiance. What would I know. -.- You do know me as well. I'm in Sanju's LS and always have been.

Anonymous, do you realize you have posted on this thread the most out of anyone else over the past week, and that each post is unbearably long? Is everything a conspiracy against you on this server? Do you think everyone has come up with a grand sceme to make your life miserable in Remora? Because thats how it sounds to me. On the Sanju issue, i have to agree with Fuiss. Why didnt you just Blist him and have it over with instead of bringing everyone else in the FFXI community in to it by posting on here? Imo its "n00b"ish to bring something to people's attention that could have been solved quietly and simply by typing 3 words in your own chat log. "/blist add name"

anonymous, many JP players find it offensive to randoml check another player, due to culture differences, and so I tend to ask SOMETIMES before I check people. It's just polite to do so with a player. Honestly, imo, if they dont want to be check, they should not have to filter it out. However, if they do blist you without prior warning, well.....perhaps they ahve a bad day, who knows.

Just my 2 gil on that.

I partied a few hours ago with Silo pld 58...
First he could not keep the hate, didnt use his mp, and I (monk) had to voke off the mages to avoid their death.
After we told him "you need to keep the hate" or other things like that, he did it well. ok. but died at the endest end of the fight.
We said "we're gonna get your xp back" and wanted to do it. someone pulled. Silo didnt tank and just zoned laughing.
ISNT THAT A MPK ATTEMPT?

Ok. I've posted on the people who are on the blist. I didn't know I was going to get such a reaction, and since it's been so negative geared toward me, I'm just going to stop posting here. It seems people are just fed up with it, so I'm done. There, problem solved^^.

By the way, to the guy who keeps on posting about me being this, and that, saying I say this, I say that, I have one final comment to make:

To everyone else, I just want to say thanx for teaching me a few things. I'm still learning a few things in rl, and the game and you have helped me out. I've removed those who are not truly, truly a nuissance from my /blist today. From now on, if someone says something to tick me off, I will just ignore them until they are done ranting. Thanx guys^^.

hmm, how come every post On this page you say "I have One final word to you all then i will ignore you" Then... Reply...Over..and..Over...and Over again... You do that in game also, like today you see my post /tell me and cussed me out then say "this is my final word" then /tell me again..and again.
As for the shouts in Jeuno and spamming /check on people i think we've all made our points on this guy.. This is a 100% nuisance

Personally...I do believe this thread is stupid. (Why am I posting it, you may ask? Because I feel my 2 cent is important too)

Everyone has bad experiences with people. My blacklist is full of people I haven't gotten along with...ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. That doesn't mean You all should blacklist that person. Perzon X may be a complete n00b and a dumb@$$ to me and insult me left and right, but that same person X can be sweet as pie to you.

Most of the people on my blacklist are usually deleted to begin with. This is an online game, and it doesn't consume my life. I don't remember why I blacklisted each and every person on that list. And in a few days, those people don't remember me either. So I delete them. Sooner or later, harrassment gets old...even for the people doing the harrassment.

Point it...posting things like "Blah-blah-blah is a n00b! Blacklist them! HEHEHEHHEHE XD" is pointless. You're gonna get a lot of people pissed off at you for what? A silly online game that's suppossed to be FUN.

I won't post who I blacklist on here. Like I said, I blacklist for MY personal reasons. If you party with the people I blacklist, you'll either:

A) Experience what I experienced.
B) Experience the total opposite.

People have bad days...newbies learn how to play the game...and some people are just plain pricks. Deal with it an move on.

Remember...it's ONLINE.

PS- If you ever feel teh urge to blacklist someone, blacklist me. I don't care...I like to disband from parties if I feel we're not doing our full potential. Name is Aerwyn.

That is true...but I think a LOT of people are takin this thread seriously. We're havin fights break out right on the forum for cryin out loud!!!

Oh well...the way I see it, if you didn't personally deal with the person yet...don't do anything about it and learn for yourself. You might never even encounter the person in the game, so what would be the point in blacklisting them?

Last weekend there were a number of people that should have been added to this list, but I'll only add one, and not for being a hateful individual.

Bjorn - elvaan whm, currently lurking around Qufim Island. Has all the hallmarks of being a graduate of PL Academy - underlevelled subjob (last time I saw him he was WHM 23/BLM 8), lacks half the spells his level should have (including most of the ones that are bought from NPC stores, has very minimal gear (I'm not a gear-nazi but if you are playing an elvaan mage at least *one* piece of +mp gear would be a good idea, especially considering...), he rarely casts in combat and when he does cast a single cure he will then deplete his whole MP reserve with self-only buffs (Deoderize, Sneak, etc) while in combat then refuses to rest (reason given: for skill ups, which is nice, but while we're _in_ combat?).

I joined a party with him and two rangers, he quit immediately after the first pull because it wasn't IT. We stuck together for a while, and just before we levelled he popped back into the party but left immediately calling us "effin n00bs" and "non-optimal party makeup". Between stints in the party he was spam shouts across the zone looking for a group (which he apparently never got). When he left the second time in such an offensive manner we suggested that since he had been on for over 3 hours without getting a party he might be a little less picky he started sending us hate /tells, calling us "whiny bitches".

Now normally I figure that his punishment was wasting 5 hours of no exp while those he talked trash to levelled past him, I mention him only so if you see him around, and have more patience than I do, that you do your daily good deed and untrain him from being such a PL leech.

Rowena, you had good points in your post. I don't agree with everything you say, but rating you up for a good, thought out argument. I'm also rating up Dabuddaman for his thoughtful interjections. I personally don't add anyone to my /blist from this thread, unless I have dealt with them and had a similarly bad experience. However, I feel the thread is not useless- if I see someone's name in here multiple times, from different people, I will be cautious in my interaction with them (if I ever have an opportunity to have any interaction in the first place). So I use this as a guide of sorts, rather than a "(s)he's in the /blist forum, so I'll add them to mine" mentality.

And you and Dabuddaman are right- people have taken this topic way too seriously. Even I posted not long ago- kind of a rant against people who seemed to have a post every day. But I maintain my /blist weekly now- some people stay on, others get removed. It's like gardening- even if you have a big tree, if you don't do some pruning, it won't grow any better. (Does that sound as hick as I think it does?)


You have actually put a smile on my face- I hope you're being sincere, and that you took what I and some others have said as constructive criticism. It was refeshing to see that response, rather than an angry retort- you could have taken what was said in a personal way, and have instead used what was said & changed your outlook. Rated you up for the positive attitude. ^^

Exactly my point - I did /blist him that day because his tells were interfering with my log, but I don't think his case is incurable or terminal - he's just someone who has gotten too far in the game without learning anything beyond what the Brady guide says about how to succeed in the game and has the attitude of knowing everything.

Someone with a lot more patience could teach him that his misconceptions about how to "win" are both wrong and yet not a sign of personal failure on his part. Showing him how, for example, to get cheap +mp gear and where to buy the spells would help. Showing him that chains of T/VT mobs are much better than the occaisional IT++ that almost destroys the party, and above all to just say "no" to power-levelling, at least until he gets a better feel for how to play a WHM in a party. Someone who doesn't know when to cure really shouldn't be telling others how to set up their parties, especially after hours of play proving that it works.
