Looks like we're merging with FenrirFollow

I noticed the world transfer notice this morning too. I'm having a difficult time putting my thoughts into words so I'll just say this. There are a lot of really awesome people here on Fenrir and I've missed you guys since I transferred here mid 2008. I still play in the evenings and on my days off, so if you see me around send me a tell. I'll try and do my part to help welcome you guys to our new home.

Also since new character creation has been disabled on both of our worlds until after the merge is complete I can tell you guys whose name is and is not taken by attempting to send something via delivery box should you want to know ahead of time. I won't tell if you'd rather not know, but for those of you who do I can let you know if your name is safe.

I truly feel for all of you guys being shuffled onto a new world. I moved to Fenrir by choice when ballista died out on Unicorn and I was fortunate enough to keep my original namesake as well as find a few linkshells kind enough to welcome me with open arms. I really got to know the people here on Fenny when I started doing Salvage and it's those strong friendships that kept me here. I'm sure if I was just thrown over to a new world it would have been a lot harder. I still remember how difficult the transition was at first, and I wasn't completely comfortable in my new environment for a several months, but over time it became easier and today it feels just as natural living here as it did when I played on Unicorn. It really just took time. I never forgot the friends I left behind though and I've thought of you guys the whole while. Fenrir welcomes our new Unicornian overlords with open arms. Just be gentle on us though, we may not be able to handle the sheer quantity of waffleness you guys are bringing over. It's definitely going to take us some time to get used to your waffle awesomeness, so please go easy on us ok.
