I sent some stuff to him by accident thinking it was my mule last night. Went to sleep and realized my mistake too late & he'd gotten what I sent. Does anyone know this fellow? Someone said it was a Hume NA player but that's all I know so far.
A few items were common but two of them were things I'd like to get back since one was signed and the other was a gift from a friend who left the game.

Well I've been sending this Cypher fellow a single Shihei in the hopes to track down whenever he's on. He got one from me last night when I was at work. I got home this morning and sent another one and he got it during the day when I was asleep.
