Sometime before i unsubscribed around january or February for sometime, now i've come to the time to reactivate it, i tried logging into my account and the password doesn't work, i fear someone h as hijacked the account somehow. I was told by the live web help to email this address and supply the following details of what i registered with and previously used for payment/passwords, this was all also told by "SEL Agent Camille":

Please note that the agent camille told me that my information was different, so it is very likely it was hijacked and changed, if you could check history that would be helpful.

And now i can supply all my keys, i managed to find my toau key if camille is reading this email, i had it on some scrap paper i wrote my keys on before i lost the case.

Ive also additionally taken pictures of the serial keys in the box/manual, however i cannot do the TOAU one as i lost the case as i said.

Hope you can change the password and correct the details, so i can retrieve my hijacked account. If theres anything else you need feel free to email it back.

2 things.

1) Alfarjamie lied in that email. he didnt buy the WOTG expansion.

2) secondly using someone else's details without consent is against the law no matter which way you shake a stick at it.

as of now the account is banned for good ( we both LOL'd when we saw alfarjamies MSN name "OMG i was banned AGAIN for nothing!!!")

now that the SE side is done we are consentrating our efforts on the police.
