Ok. I just figured I would post this not really knowing how many people actually read this.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO BCNM 40 STOP UNDERCUTTING. When I did one last week there were only 4 Utsusemi: Ni scrolls on auction.
Ranging anywhere from 210k to 220k

Today I checked it because I still have my scroll that I want to sell. 29 scrolls up for auction ranging from 115k 125k.

This is ******** you guys. Whoever undercuts either is so stupid that they have never had gil before and don't understand the concept of undercutting.

This is exactly what Phalanx went into the crapper. That used to be a 220k scroll now it is about 75k on the AH. Look you know be a little more patient. Yours might not sell in 15 minutes but it will sell over time.

By the looks of it I will just be keeping my scroll for ninja. I am not selling a 220k scroll for peanuts.

Anyways sorry to sound rude but some people will take anything as long as they get it right then and there.

Ok so gilsellers supposedly raise prices and everyone gets ****** off.. now you have something drop in price and it ****** you off? @_@

Actually I aggree with you somewhat. I can't stand it when people constantly undercut just to get a faster sale. I do it sometimes, but only by a very small percentage and only on dinky 10k stuff. (by my sig you can tell i've never done bcnm 40) -.-;

i dont really understand what would make people actually want to sell a 200k scroll for half price anyways... you do all that work but ur not interested in getting your full reward? oh well, makes it easier for me if i ever need to buy something important i guess.

No. Gil sellers are raising the prices that have been a certain price for a long time.

Archers used to be about 380k Now they are nearing 490k

Utsusemi Ni has ALWAYS been 200k or so.

I suppose the supply and demand rule is in full and its worst effect here.

Everybody and their brother are doing it. And the scroll only sells like 3 or maybe 4 times a day. Who knows.

One thing that could cause it, sometimes very high level people will decide that something is overpriced, and deliberately force the price down. I mean, something is up if there are 29 scrolls up. Some people did some very serious BCNM 40ing to get 29 scrolls.

Most you could do is do more yourself, and gradually move the price up to try and force it higher again.

It may have had something to do with a few posts my LS and I did explaining how BCNM 40 worms can be done easily with almost any party. Sorry if we screwed things up, just trying to help.

I personally dont think scrolls should be over 100k. Armor and such are a lil bit different, but I dont think scrolls should be.

200k+ or so for erase is just silly.

But people like Dashoe like having tons of gil, like people want to be like Bill gates or something.

That makes me feel a little better natural. I hate undercut sellers, they choke up my inventory and mog house for days sometimes.

And who hasn't been in this situation before?

"Sweet! I can finally buy some new armor and sell this stuff I bought for 80k! Been wearing it for like 8 levels now..."

Price History: Amror you bought for 80k

Idiot ------> Buyer 15k
Idiot ------> Buyer 14k
Idiot ------> Buyer 13.5k
Idiot ------> Tigereye 10k

You get the picture.

Yeah but if anything the 2 need to be switched.

Erase needs to be 100k and utsusemi: ni needs to be 300k

Look at it like this.

Ni paired with Ichi paired with a skilled ninja = Almost no downtime and no problems.

I always thought ninjas were kinda so so tanks. This was when I was playing thief.

Now that I am playing ranger and without a thief in the party and watching this level 50 ninja keep all the hate to himself and avoid being hit but maybe once every 4 battles.

Now That is a useful scroll and worth every penny.

Yeah erase is nice. No where near what they charge for it though.

I hate to burst your bubble on another undercutting thread but literally the scroll is selling that low because
So many people are doing bcnm 40 and getting the scroll that literally they are forced to sell it at that price or it will take forever to sell or more likely never sell this will continue until people the enough people decide to quit doing bcnm 40 because it isn't profitable enough.
