I just logged on after three years and I'm naked, broke and scared. :p Any newbie friendly Linkshells out there that are willing to show and old fogey the ropes of New FFXI? In game name is Ragnarokcrusher. I'm still stuck at the old cap and don't have a piece of gear the first. Thanks in advance :)

Hey bud. If you are looking to come back might be better to do a server transfer to Phoenix and join Reformation.

They seem very friendly towards returning players. Played FFXI since 2003. A friend at uni talked me into going back after the fail that was FFXIV. Need a distraction until Guild Wars 2/The Old Republic. My character was hacked and stolen so I will be starting over also (was always a taru at heart anyway).

I actually for some reason remember your character name from way back. Will be hard to say goodbye to Sylph, but then again most of my friends have moved on to other games anyway.

P.S.

Unless Fiendishone still plays....then i might stay XDXDXD

Do you know if Reformation is Drk friendly. I love my drk and it's one of the reasons I decided to return. I've been reading on the forums and apparently Drks aren't that desireable.

lol think it is. they seem alright. Thing is phoenix just did not feel like home so I re-rolled back on Sylph. Meh guest u have to finish (again) where you started.
