What has your success been with them? I'm currently 0/9, seems like a lost cause... lol.
I'm 0/5. However, 4/5 times I went were just for weapon drops. These groups you're joining up with, are they really trying to clear floors or just farm weapons?

Most have been farming weapons but 3-4 trying for floors. 0/10 btw. XD

Not that I've been in one recently but typically pick up merit parties go well. :D lol.
I have done a couple of these and they haven't been really bad (although I may just have gotten lucky, idk). It seems like it's more of a JP thing though, and I have quit asking to join JP shouts because it's pretty much always {English}{No thanks.} which I can kind of understand due to the language barrier and such.
My own Nyzul static group runs 4 tags on Sunday and I can usually afford 3 for pickup boss floor runs during the middle of the week, but they generally either go to waste or I'll pick up some regular Assault runs.
For the english-speaking Nyzul pickup shouts I do hear, it's usually someone organizing a run and weapons/goliard/denali are freelot, which does me (askar prz) absolutely no good anyway... >.>

I usually have decent success with pickup parties, its usually because floors >50 are not obtained by not good at nyzul people. Also, you only need 2 people who know what they're doing to actually succeed(at a climb anyway). The rest just need to be able to follow 1 or 2 simple instructions and you're golden (usually "everyone touch the lamp", or "kill this").
Also, doing nyzul for the expressed purpose of farming weapons is a waste of time. You need to climb reasonably high to unlock them within the realm of practicality anyway (in doing so, you'll probably get the weapon too).
