The problem is, it's too unbalanced on who gets kicked and who doesn't. Sure some toon in Jeuno that's just a mule selling cockatrice meat might not get kicked. But what happens when the 46PLD in Quicksand Caves gets DC'ed right when a mob adds, and you're at a camp three flee-worth's away from zone, but stay that far because you are in a static that normally has no trouble with links? Or what happens if your PL'er (whether you agree with PL or not is irrelevent) gets DC'ed right after they tell you to pull two tough mobs because they have full MP?
What happens if you're in a Zilart Mission 4 Party that's on their last run and you are the only person that isn't useful to the party but managed to get an invite to finally get it done, and you get DC'ed and can't come back on for an hour and a half, and when you do get back on, they're all gone and your stuck out in Yhoator Jungle?
If you're in game, you shouldn't be KICKED by Square-Enix, and if the servers are over-run, and they have to kick people, they should have the GM's manually kick people. So they can kick the freakin' NM-bots at Labyrinth of Onzozo and Castle Oztroja, or the annoying llllshopllll mules in towns, or the freakin' Haixing group to balance out the freakin' economy and actually be a GAME MASTER, and not a traffic cop like the annoying police at SAn Diego that pull you over for having a crucifix on your rear view mirror but don't attempt to stop the drug dealer selling dope to high school students.
My thing is, with issues like this, when is Square Enix going to do THEIR freakin' job?
