We (EndlessNights) used to be the only EU based HNMLS. But we're not doing them anymore. Instead, we now focus on other endgame activities. Such as: Dynamis, sky, limbus, sea, einherjar, salvage the lot.

Edit: as a none japanese speaking player (i assume) your best bet would be one of the NA HNMLSs. RocDynasty, InfiliumNihil (if they still excist, please excuse my spelling), BetterDays and Validus to name a few.
