I don't think it's all too bad of an idea...

But I doubt I will partake in it.

Be prepared for a barrage of "SCAM" /shouts comin your way when you advertise anything.

I think what he meant was.. you pay gil for a lotto number.. and then numbers are later drawn (at a time which would be given) and the players would log onto this website to check their numbers to see if they won.

I'm not too sure how this would work.. because you'd get a lot.. and I mean A LOT of people that would try to tell you it was their number..

You'd have to record yourself who you gave the numbers to, and all that jazz.

Then again.. this sounds like the thing Feiwonghong of Remora had going on his old server... he ripped a lot of people off with this, but perhaps you're different, and actually trying to do something for the server. Because I do agree with the reasoning for starting this up.

This could very well be a good thing for Siren.. or it could be a very bad thing. We'll leave it up to the rest of Siren to decide.

IMO, it's not a bad idea, but based on the lack of trust I give even my closest of friends, I would certainly not partake in it.
