Returning to the game-Will i now be lost?Follow

Hello all, I started playing the game back in 2003. Then quit and started again. its been over a year since I last played. I am currently waiting for the game to update to start playing again. When I last quit I had a couple of jobs to lvl 90 and started working on my Trial weapons and Empyrean Armor but I did not complete. Was just reading the horror stories about the new Delve content and was wondering if it was still worth it to start back playing the game and am I so far behind that I would not be able to compete? I was also on Alexander Server when I left and see that I will now be on Shiva server. Are there any casual linkshells recruiting that I could join to get back into the swing of things?
