DIFFERENCES IN THE GAME NOWFollow

i am away on deployment and just thought of some interesting things in respect to the update.
im currently unable to play and hope someone will be able to answer/respond to these questions. thanks.

-Is ocatave club now especially useful due to level 80?
-Is nyzul possible with level 80?
-voyager sallet nm solo-able now?
-new leveling grounds?
-mob displacement in cop and other areas: where/what?
-what are some other interesting changes?
-are there more active players now?
