Vet to WoW, newb to FF11Follow

ok sounds good for whatever reason ive been trying to log in to make my toon but the server is constantly down. i was having the linked id problem from a way old account on the ps2 but i got it installed on my xbox i plan on naming my toon Elgrim and have hopes to be a tank/damage dealer. ive been reading up on the sub job quests and what not i d like to go dragoon but i undesrtand there are different playstyles i understand WoW and FF are to completely different but i do get the concept of aggro and healing and nuking. i plan on retrying the update insatallation today and hopefully get past 32% today. anyways ty for the replies guys

I recently returned myself after, I used to be Sanglant/Jagang about 5 years ago, I then got rid of that account when I joined the Army. I started again about a year later and made a new toon named Rahl, I recently recovered it, and am trying to relearn the ropes of the game, My highest level is a 63 warrior, but some of my gear is missing so I'm working on replacing that before I start leveling again.
I'm really thinking I wanna lvl rdm again tho as that was my main class before I quit the first time. Not sure who all still plays, or remembers me due to how long its been though.
