Looking for CoP LINKSHELLFollow

hey, I myself have completed CoP, but now i'm having a small problem getting help. Struggling to get people get together to do this. Either as a static or current Linkshell Event. I have a couple of people willing to go but not enough (GF, Best Friend) are there any EST (time zone) CoP shells out there to help?
