start are join endgame lsFollow

hello i am looking to either make a endgame ls are join one. if can get enough intrest i would like to keep the ls kinda small 18-36 people. reason for this is so that we all can get items and gear we are loking for and not having to wait forever to get something. main foucs would be bcnm's ksnm's and dieeferent hnm and nm's. say if a member are so wants Genbu's Shield then we all go kill nm and get it for that member. if more then one member wants the item then we will take turns getting that item for member till everyone that wants has it. not sure how to do who gets first item then second and so firth might go by whoever wants to join first be first to get item if more then one wants and so forth. looking for good people to join and not anyone that is going to join to get a item are two and leave and not care if the rest of the ls gets anything are not. thats about a quick explaination of a ls i want to make.

for a joining a endgame ls i kinda want the same thing. if i can get pop items are tod of a nm are hnm would like to have others help me kill it and let me get the drop from it that i am looking for. with same example if Genbu's Shield is what i am after and can get pop items and it drops when we kill to let me get drop and free lot on everything else. not looking for a ls that only help a few select ppl like some ls's do that i been in that just uses you for getting what they want but when you ask for help they ignore you are always ot a reason why they cant go are come help.

this is my first time posting on any fourm so sorry if i ramble and all are if pposting is not like what everyone wants. and i cant spell so if you see mistakes sorry :)
