Newbie but wtf? GarrisonFollow

Frankly speaking, i grow bored playing sometimes. I also see that i am poor all the time. So i looked at these 2 variables and came up with one thing.

GARRISONS

I am planning to make a Linkshell doing these Garrisons. Requirements Are Easy:
1 Job 20+
Rank 2 +
Semi/ok Gear for Level Requirements. (not spectacular but please not naked)
To all events bring: food
If tanks or melee: Selbina Milk, Regen items
If mages: Orange juice, whatever.

The way i see it, we will start with 20 lvl cap Garrisons and if things look good, get more into higher lvl garrisons. The only problem i see now is how to distribute items. I have thought of 3 solutions.

Item Distribution Resolution #1:
We can have farm days when we farm for Garrison pop items. Each person who gets an item will be able to use it when we garrison. When that certain person uses his/her item, he/her will get all treasure droped. (besides multiple manquine items, they are rare and will either be free lotted or sold.) Money will go to A linkshell Bank, which money will be distributed evenly depending on how many garrisons you showed up to that month.

Item Distribution Resolution #2:
We can have farm days when we farm for Garrison pop items. Each person who gets an item will be able to use it when we garrison. That certain person will be able to Keep 1 item out of what droped in his/her run. The Rest of the items will be sold. Money will go to A linkshell Bank, which money will be distributed evenly depending on how many garrisons you showed up to that month.


Item Distribution Resolution #3:
We will have farm days when we farm for garrison pop items. Each person who comes to the farm days will get "Item Points" depending on how long and how many Garrison items droped during that farm day. Each person will be able to spend their "Item Points" when we do garrisons. Each item depending on how valiuble that item is. (point system will be added when decided how) The rest of the items droped will Be in a linkshell Mule and will Be able to be sold during garrison days.


My Major goal for this is to solve bordem and money issues for many.
