guys im gonna lose my mind if someone cant tell me how to get access to toraimarai canal ><
Kupipi n heaven's tower can give u a portal charm for the 3 mage gate in Horuto ruins. Or bring a rdm, blm and whm to step on teh panels on the floor will also open tat gate. Another way is a few quests for the ____ rhinostary maybe? Will give you perm access from wind walls.

Try trading kupipi at the receptionist desk a rolanberry. She gave me the charm after i had rank 3 done. Son't know how you can get it from her though unless you are windurstian.

Overnight Delivery
Water Way to Go
Blue Ribbon Blues
Toraimarai Turmoil
When you complete the last quest, you receive the Rhinostery Certificate as a key item. This allows you access via Windurst Walls.

hmm. since you are from san'doria only the quest method will work, and the key item will only allow you (one person) to access toraimaral canal.
Only windurst citizens can get the portal charm (by way of the optional mission "written in the stars" or 3-2).

Yes, only citizens of Windurst can get the portal charm, but as long as one person has it to open the door, anyone can get through the 3-mage gate. Of course, you can also have one of each mage to stand on the portals..... The gate is located by going to the East tower in East Sarutabaruta, then meandering through to the south west (there are "cracked walls" you have to go through) - it is close to Nana Migho's hideout, if you've done that quest.
The Rhinostery quests grant access through the Windy Walls entrance (north part of the zone, down a path into the "moat"), but that key item only allows the one person to get through. You also have to defeat a NM in Eld. Necropolis - Lich C Magnus (who also drops the Lilith's rod).
