Hmmm, well, I push people's buttons at times. Silverblade threatened a GM on me 'cause I followed him in the Meadows.

I also act immature.. Why? Because it's a ******* game. Yes, I'm high level, but that does not always equal maturity..

Derekz and AGM does it because they have fun, and know they get a rise out of you WHILE having fun. If you can't see this, and it's 'no harm - no foul,' with how they act, then you're blinded by ignorance. And note, I said how they ACT, not with anything they physically do in the game. Just their tells, says, ect..

I'm immature, and out of the tons who know me, no one has hated me for it, because it's all out of fun..

Open up, have fun, enjoy the game..

I understand that this is a game. However, there are real people on the other end of the pixels. Labeling it as "just a game" allows you to devalue the real people sitting on the other end of the controls.

While running around and acting like an *** in-game has no real affect on my real life it does show a general lack of decency on the part of people like AGM and Derekz. As I said, I doubt that these guys would act anywhere near this way in real life. If they did they would enjoy daily *** kickings.

So why then should they be allowed to act this was in a "game"? Are we less valuable as people simply because we can't reach out and choke these morons?

I guess basic human decency is dead.

I see your point in it, but as said, it's just a game. Sure, there are boundaries, ect, one was even crossed with me lastnight.

I'm first to take in someone's feelings when I talk to them. But, stated again, a game... This is not meant to be all serious all of the time, which is how some people seem to take it.

A simple joke can turn into a LS flame war because the resident, high level ***, or low level newb, or mid-level arrogant person can't open up and think differently for five seconds.

Fun, out-going people I knew way back when on here are now self-centered, arrogant bastards today. Not all the people I know, just a good amount. The people I still talk to are still on my friend list.. But maybe those rude, arrogant people need to realize there are people on the other end, too.

How many times have you brushed off helping a lower level in Dunes, Qufim, or anywhere else, simply because you didn't feel like taking a few seconds? Hey, well, another person is KO'd, and the person on the other side has to sit and wonder why you wouldn't help.. They may just be your LS leader someday, or party leader, and decide you're not a good additition to whatever is going on at the time, then you lose out..

But, ran off topic, yes, there are people on the other end, but open enough to enjoy some good laughs like AGM and Derekz do.

Thank you, Alek. Those were exactly my points on the post I ended up getting chastised for. Not saying we all have to be uptight and can't have a little fun, but show some consideration for other people, because we'll have a lot more fun in the long run if we can all get along.
