Meh, I was exiting my moghouse ... the screen turned turned black and I thought my computer had a virus. =\

I was very sleepy when I wrote this. ^.^
...just realized that my computer went black before the 'technical issue' occured, so maybe my computer does have something wrong with it =p ( not a surprise )

I was actually hunting a NM in Giddeus. Already sleepy, I stood in my usual camping spot, crawled into bed and began spamming "Dia" with my eyes shut. I heard another camper voke something but when I went to see if I was a NM or not, I discoved that I could move-- then came the server error. I couldn't log into my main and didn't bother with my poor mule ; ;

But I applaud SE for timing this "technical issue" during my sleeping hours >:)

I had been bazaaring in S. Sandoria, and I had just come back and re-equipped my link pearl.

I stood up and got disconnected. I'm trying to figure out what happened, and discovered I couldn't reconnect. I try logging onto my mule and it works fine, so I go back to my main. (figuring it must have been a goof that I couldn't connect)

still no luck.

I get back onto my mule again and it works fine again, and I try calling a GM. 23 calls ahead of me.

I figure eh, what the hell I might as well try to level up my mule since I can play that one...I try to run to Windurst Waters and it warps me back to Walls, not letting me go in. I try to figure out what's going on, and discover that *nobody* is online in Waters.

End up going down to Woods since that area is open and having a nice little shout conversation with everyone there. Someone else mentioned that they were gonna try calling a GM, and another person responds that they already did and there were 150 folks ahead of him. >.<

We all figured out what was going on eventually, kinda had a little NA bonding experience there lol. I kept doing a /sea all and seeing more and more people getting kicked off. (went from 1.1k online in all areas to 900 online to 600 to 300...)

One guy was in a leveling party and close to level when his main got kicked off >.< hopefully his char isn't dead when he logs back on after it's all over.


p.s. is anybody else having problems with lag on allakhazam?

I was just starting to log on. I was just doing my daily mule work when I noticed all the ports of Vana'diel were quite empty. Then I switched over to my Jeuno mule and started seeing the system messages. I never got onto my main cause she's in a port area.

.....I hope that all my mule work is okay cause that's my main source of income!

After that, I played backgammon on Yahoo for a bit, checked server status, watched the messages being posted, and finally gave up. I've been reading "Vanity Fair" for the last 5 hours.
