Seriously, though, even posts made on real accounts are generally expected to back up their allegations with substantiated details. It's all too easy to say "watch out for this guy" and pin something on them. Even if the poster honestly believes they've been ripped off, there are often two sides to the story.
The OP had both the warning flags for "take this with a grain of salt": vague unsubstantiated allegations, and a one-post sock account.
I'm sorry, but anything named SeraphWarning is as much a sock as something like LaverdaSucks would be. Even if it's someone's geniune first post on a forum, I somehow don't expect to see the name SeraphWarning as a regular participant in general discussion.
