Stupid ppl wtfFollow

I hate to be that guy, but a couple of those things are downright shocking at lv.75. Not even having a spike necklace over a fang necklace is pretty poor, and a Chivalrous Chain is affordable or you can get it for free from Assault Points. Wonder Clomps are replaceable with many things that are better, one of the easiest to get being Amir Boots or, preferably, Dusk Ledelsens.

Though I wouldn't leave a pt over an Amemet Mantle, i'll let that one slide.

The thing is that people don't want to party with people who can't even put in a small amount of effort to improve their job (and the upgrades I mentioned really are only a small amount of effort to obtain). The fang necklace, more than anything else, is completely inexcusable. If you don't want to put in the effort to better yourself then that's your decision, but you need to be aware of the fact that many people aren't going to want you to join events or merit parties because of it.

Why only 3 months? FFXI is not a game to be taken at a hundred miles an hour.

Besides that, as far as farming spots go, while I can't divulge my own personal methods (cause then everyone would do it) I can give you the advice of just browsing the AH or ffxiah.com and seeing what sells quick and for decent gil. Then check wiki to see where those things come from and, if it's something you're capable of doing that doesn't have a crap drop rate, there's your new farming spot.

If you're trying to rush though so many things in such a short time though, then I don't think farming much is on the cards for you. If you're really just trying to clear missions, then you'll just have to do it as a flaming gimp and do it with friends who support your endeavour of getting through the stories fast, and ignore anyone who pays out your gear (this of course means forfeiting chances at meriting and such, but if you're just aiming for mission clears, why merit?)

Addendum: God all this time I thought I'd give you just an ounce of credit for doing some hastily prepared research in order to come up with an ad hominem argument for being so willfully incompetent. Your gear selection is pretty shockingly bad... you have to understand and not to defend anyone for dropping the party since it does effect the entire group. It isnt necessarily fun in the least bit to heal a merit party and you cant blame him for expecting your gear to at the very least be average.

It is not that difficult to save gil... you saying what was it.. it takes you 24hrs to farm 40k ? and on a good day>? what are you doing with all those beastman seals and kindred seals you have been collecting? why dont you start there or... what about selling IP gold coins from the points you get meriting... 20k xp per hr= 18k gil per hr in IP gold x24hrs= 432k?? thats a little more then your 40k on a good day lol

So please next time you think ppl are acting "elitest" by judging your gear, they are viewing you as disrespectful and lazy for not making any attempt at all to try and keep up and do your part.

What the heck is the rest of your gear?

ok I'll do the IP thing and see how it goes since last time hopefully ppl buy this time.

The tower I farm shards, cotton cloths, emeth pick(whn I get the key), Huge moth axe(whn it drops), mercury.

I did get the chain finally and working on new macro boots.

I only got a couple months left to play FFXI so limbus/sea/sky/etc. are out of the question. I em part of dynamis but that really all I can do for now.

I kno I should stop now cause I wouldn't get much done but you kno this is the only really good game I got for the 360 and I bet the hell out of all the other games.

fyi I just got my drg relic hands which give acc.+5 so thats my new hands( wonder mitts r macro for WS)

my ls is now gana do gear runs so hopfully I can get some gear pieces, that is if the ppl show.

That's the thing though. With that gear, your damage isn't anywhere near decent.

ok ppl tell me what should I farm for and dont say some insane that goes over about 400k cause seriuously I got a team thats telling me my gear is ok, "yes, you could get better gear".

My ls is also doing gear hunt runs and all I'm seeing is the Aces Helm and thats it.
fyi the gear hunts are only nm's the ls can get to so shut up about the Ohat, the ls and I arent gana spend time getting that dam item/items for the dam nm to spawn.

and I'm not going for the forgers mantle, to expensive and hard for the drop (we been on that dam ENM for months and stopped cause we only got crap drops).

seriously no joke last time I was out in a merit pt I was doing 700+ per penta. and I'm not merited out yet.
