Im looking for a motivated social/mission ls with prospects for bcnm's,assault,low man limbus runs (for af+1 mats and coins)and ks99's if enough ppl. I consider myself a strategic , dedicated player but I will state this now: My work, family, and personal life come before FFXI. If im informed of a *must* attend event with enough advance I will try my best to show up but no promises.

( A few last Notes : I would prefer a "mature" ls over a "family friendly", I tend to swear in conversation and when I get a bad armory crate in bcnm's , frustrated , etc... I would try my best not to cuss but its gonna slip once in awhile ,as well as references to alcohol and some innuendo. If there's a zero tolerance policy for this behavior I will have to pass. Also as close to possible to GMT -5(EST) would be great Thank you)

Although we aren't particularly seeking a bigger LS, I would like for you to look up my linkshell and give it a try. It might be for you.
We're Cynosure. We have about 30 members and typically have about 15 online on weeknights, perhaps 20-23 on weekend prime-times.
We have a large share of come-backers and new players, but about half of us are veterans with multiple 75 jobs.
In about 6 months, we hope to have that big crop of newer folks with sky access and sea access, and be doing regular sky, sea, assault and xxNMs.
You mentioned that the game comes second behind RL for you, and I agree. Something I want you to take note of here,

Thx for the reply. Been working outta town lately so just saw your post. Anyway I took a look at your website and like your philosophy (and your site). I would like to speak with ya in game if possible. My main goal right now would be to finish cop with a new static or rotating members depending on needs. Id rather not but am willing to do the (promys,mammets,etc.) all that "fun" stuff for the right people and a possible static. I usually am on early evening EST, hit Headybudz up if ya get a chance.
