Looking for Salvage/Einherjar LSFollow

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good Salvage/Einherjar Ls that do runs in afternoons or evenings PST. I have seen a few /random shouts of new Linkshells but I know most new groups never seem to work out or survive these days. I was looking more on the lines of an established LS that is seeking new members that don't just plan to come leech and leave. Anyone know of any our server?
